Needing to use a gym for health reasons can be scary especially as an " older" woman. The PTs have all helped and encouraged me ,showing me how to use the appropriate equipment for what I need. I'm actually enjoying the workouts, and would advice any " Mature" person who's unsure about joining a gym, to just come along and have a look around and a chat with any of the staff.
Sona gym is top class. Everything from the equipment to the staff. It has been unbelievable in my weight loss journey. Love the place. Thanks Sona.
Very good value gym! It’s less expensive than my previous gym’s in Armagh and it’s all brand new equipment and modern fresh changing rooms.
Suitable for everyone, I’m a newbie and love it here, great location also in the centre of town. Sometimes I pop in on my lunch for the treadmill or stairmaster for 20mins.
