Lovely site with huge potential cracking views accoss the valleys . It really needs more length. What's been achieved in a relatively short space has to be applauded.
Lovely little station with lots of keen, enthusiastic and friendly volunteers. Well worth a visit, especially to the cafe in the buffet car to chat to the lovely ladies in there
What a lovely railway, bear in mind it's run by volunteers who love what they do. Staff were so very friendly my boys loved this little trip!
We love the Somerset and Dorset Railway, they host the South Bristol Amateur Radio Club each year allowing the radio club to participate in Railways on the Air
Brilliant day out. Highly recommend the little Wickham trolley in the lunch break. Staff were very friendly and informative. Will be back with family. Excellent afternoon out!!
