A welcoming, professional and engaging personal training space. I have never felt so motivated and addicted to strength training. Fin, Gemma and team cater for all ages and abilities. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Joining Solo has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Run by the incredibly passionate and positive duo, Gemma and Finn, this gym is so much more than just a place to work out. I’ve been training at Solo for years now, and its the best of the best. From recovering from an injury to getting me ready for both a half marathon and a full marathon, Fin, Gemma, and Leanne have been an incredible support. The team has somehow managed to make going to the gym a highlight of my week! Expert advice, well equipped gym, and a great supportive environment.
My strength has really improved since going to Solo. I started around 20kg deadlifts and now I can lift 60kg. I’m up to 100kg on my hip thrusts! I couldn’t recommend Fin and Gemma more - they’re lovely and have created a wonderful community.
