My daughter was a little apprehensive about having her ears pierced and it was immensely helpful to have been told on the phone that you could request to have both ears done at the same time which is what we did. She was so happy and calm and having been diagnosed recently with ADHD she can close down a bit when stressed. The staff at your shop are clearly very well confident in what they and the collaboration and communication between staff is lovely to see and supportive. I had an amazing colour service today with Annie, and a beautiful bouncy blow dry to top it all off! My first time visiting the salon and I will 100% be back, lovely staff.
I had a lovely experience with Millie. I have curly thick hair and usually it is very difficult to find a stylist who understands it, Millie did a great job :) 👍
