I have an issue with the property manager at one of the locations and have not heard back from ANYONE at Trinity Property Consultants/Management. The property manager has now taken the issue and has made it personal. If this any indication of how these places treat their tenants, why would I recommend to someone else? Apparently tenant safety is not issue enough to warrant a simple response from these people. Poor choice.

My roommate and I had so many problems when trying to get someone to come out for our roach problem. It was only when I posted pictures of the roaches that something was done in hopes that I would rewrite the review or delete. I only know that because they asked me to delete or at least change it which I think is highly inappropriate. We also didn’t know about the 60 day notice to vacate because nowhere was it stated in any of the renewal notifications we got. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They have corrupt business practices. They are currently charging a resident an extra 2 months rent AFTER their lease end date even though the resident gave in person move out notice months ago(well before 60 days). They confirmed in person that all steps were complete for the move out, and continued daily conversation with the resident. This business survives on preying upon its residents. Large legal documents and coming up with outrages charges that residents have to pay because trinity has access to a bigger legal team than the average person. Hopefully you aren’t already living on one of their properties. If there’s is a law maker that can audit and find their unfair business practices then the world will be a better place. This company puts profit before being a decent ethical company.

I lived in an apartment they bought up in Arizona and the management completely disregarded the safty of my children and myself. Gun shots, killed animals, drug deals, and much more. I paid on time and never caused trouble. I informed them i was moving out and gave 60 day notice in wrighting then another one 30 days out because they claimed i they didnt received one. Unscrupulous management company purchased property I already lived in, in Wheaton, IL. Nothing but harassment followed by bogus eviction proceedings. Settled in court for a zero balance and 10 days to vacate. Company then has tried to destroy my credit with $5,000.00 bills, violating their own agreement. Absolutely the most despicable company -who has a history of violating the rights of the handicapped and chronically ill, and laughing about it.
