Ive lived at ****************** for less than a month. As I approach week 4, I received an unceremonious email from management. It threatened a lease violation should my pet urinate from the second floor balcony again. My balcony is unused, and my pet is taken outside to the designated area. Its very disheartening that Management chose not to evaluate the concern and contact me by phone. I would have happily explained and even welcomed a visit. Dont be fooled by the cheap rent, living here is not only extremely dangerous but extremely frustrating.With no access to an elevator, many residents have slipped down the metal grated stairs due to them getting extremely slippery when wet. A month into my lease my roommate slipped down the stairs and injured her ankle. It's a nice building from afar. But that's how this place should be kept. Built in 2008, it sat empty for years because the initial developers did not navigate the impending housing market crash effectively. And the maintenance issues with the building shows. Units flooding, poor plumbing, noisy plumbing, major structural issues within the garage (which the rest of the building sits upon), etc. We also get reports of carjackings in the garage, which gives all tenants an unsavory feeling about the security of the building. This property management company is a bunch of liars. We were three years in this building, never made a fuss, always paid on time. And advised them that we would only stay one week after our three-year lease was over. They offered us a monthlys what is a 30 day notice to cancel. We knew we would overstay our original lease but on August 3 we knew that we would be leaving on September 7 so we gave notice on August 3. Fire alarms going off multiple times a day and during the night without any communication as to why or what is being done to stop it.On many occasions, I had packages held at the office without communication. Tried on two occasions to go to the office during office hours, but the door was locked. At one point, a package was returned to the sender.I had signed that it was okay for office staff to sign for the packages and leave them in the packing room. We are being charged for a legal **** black mold is growing on all four floors, management refuses to fix anything.

Trinity Property Management blatantly disregards tenants' rights as well as *** guidelines and laws designed to protect minorities, individuals with disabilities and people's religious practices. Since I moved in in February of 2021, they have sent a constant barrage of harassing and threatening emails that appear to discriminate against people with disabilities and various religious practices. Last night, 10/7/2021, I arrived to the apartment complex (*********************, **) after work and found my assigned covered spot was taken by a car that had taken it in the past. The office was still open for a few minutes (it was about 5:55pm) so I hurried into the office and nicely asked what can be done about a car being parked in my spot. They told me Wednesday night the they would have to do a ***** infestation treatment on Friday for the whole building. I had to stay up till 2am each night taking everything out of my kitchen and closets. And with everything out my apartment was unlivable until after the treatment and putting everything back, this was more work than moving!!! Also I had a bike get stolen, and have slipped on Ice multiple times on the sidewalks.
