Trinity took over our property in Vernon Hills (IL) four months ago, and the first thing they did was to fire our PM and bring in a new one. Then, they started the 'improvements'. The quality of life has gone downhill since then. Worst of all, none of the 'improvements' benefit the residents, it's just a new look. My lease came up for renewal, exactly when Trinity took over. Negotiating the new lease was very painful. The PM lied about the rent and tried to sneak in additional charges for things already included in the rent.... read more

I live at one of their Illinois locations since they've taken over and what I've dealt with today is beyond grating. I caught someone roaming on the property going through stuff that I just threw away. I figured, there's got to be some sort of policy against this or something management could do to help. I called the call center number was rudely told to call the police. I went to residential management office and was also rudely told to call the police which . Trinity properties is a scam, they took money out of a banking account I did not authorize them to take, then charged me for late charges and nsf fees. I changed my bank info on the web site, which i gave them proof, but they did not care, even though, I had not missed one payment and was not late. So Tenant are not worth anything to them, only money. Leslie is a terrible manager of the property, garbage thrown everywhere, my roof has caved in twice, dog feces everywhere, central air went out for months in the summer. Like I... read more

This management company is a complete abomination. Arrive 2801 in Alexandria Virginia scoff at the laws governing Warranty of Habitability, leaving the tenants without heat, hot water, water at all, functioning toilets and appliances, safety and security, and a healthy living environment.

This has been the worst property management I have yet to deal with. I have been mistreated and disrespected by property manager Missy Reynolds. It has been difficult to get in contact with regional managers in Minnesota or ways to even contact one. This company has been fraudulent and frustrating. Please get back to me right away!

Rooms with mold in them, meal plan charged to me that I can not use, promises made are not kept. Parking used up by non-resident students. I would never, ever, let my children stay there. The Social Chico is the worst place to rent with.

My experience as a tenant of The Modern Apartment Homes has been absolutely horrible. Let me go ahead and list the reasons why... 1. Inconsistent hot water and heat during the winter months. We'd get notices an hour before they were going to shut the water off. I couldn't even take a consistently hot shower for months, let alone think about taking a bath. 2. Roaches. I signed my lease with the assistant property manager in mid-September, at the time the assistant property manager had claimed my account was good to go, my background screening was approved and deposit received. I proceeded to sign the lease for an April move-in. I added an additional roommate and the property manager claims he has lost my confidential information such as Social Security and require additional screening.
