Katie was fantastic and listened really carefully to my hair issues, and worked to get the result I wanted. My hair is a bit of a challenge and it’s VERY rare for hairdressers to actually listen and take on board what I say!

I booked a root tint appointment (no blow dry) at the Enfield salon, via their very own website. I have been to the salon a quite a few times for exactly the same colour, so they already know the formula etc. When I arrived the staff didn’t even smile or say hello to me, it quickly became clear that they didn’t like that I’d booked an appointment at 5:30pm (their own system offered this time, knowing what service I was having!) the woman at reception looked at me and asked what it was I was doing there.. then said “who are y... read more

salon has changed management but has retained most of the staff so continuity but prices have gone up. Very short cut, no blow-dry, over £50 ! . cut ok but way too expensive to maintain at this price .
