Been here a few times and always leave happy. Brilliant soft play for kids of all ages, a football court, small child sensory area, arcade machines & quite easily the nicest food of any soft play centre!

Went today for the first time with my 9 month old, plenty of play equipment that all appeared to be in good condition. I steered clear of the ball pit, it didn’t look the best. Cleaning wise a bit more care in the soft play areas needs to be taken, cobwebs in the toilets and the building overall had a very run down feeling! The food areas & bathrooms were clean. Filthy, Cold, waited half an hour for cheesy chips and was told "she didn't say she wanted them when she ordered them". Staff inattentive and honestly look like they couldn't give less of a hoot. The sensory tank was broken and had just been held together by tape and screws which weren't screwed in. I wouldn't recommend coming here what so ever. Take your kids to the life center, it's cheaper and the food is better and the staff give a bit more of care.
