The grounds are... (Verified Renter) The grounds are beautifully maintained. The apartment community is quiet and peaceful. It is a friendly culturally diverse community of renters. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live. With grocery stores and mass transit within walking distance.

Overall the amenities... (Verified Renter) Overall the amenities are very nice, staff really friendly and helpful. The quality of the apartments, with the exception of the model, of course, looked a little run down...outside decks, carpets...but overall it is a very nice complex and a bonus to get a garage and parking space. I like the layouts...need to wait a few months to make a decision so it will depend on what is available as to whether or not we select SOPHI.
