When I gave notice I told Kristin, the manager and Britany, 2nd in command, that hated to leave because they were so nice and pleasant to work with that I was going to write a review extolling them and Sofi (I called the prior manager the General.) The parking issues... (Verified Renter) The parking issues continue, if my friend had no visitors it would work. Would hope that homes that have children could be encouraged to rent homes that do not have anyone living below. or bottom floors.
Parking needs to... (Verified Renter) Parking needs to be addressed. Seals around doors should be replaced. Both apartments I stayed in at the complex had a draft around the doors.
Pricing, for the... (Verified Renter) Pricing, for the area, is unbeatable. Lots of cool locations nearby. And Sofi offers attached parking which is a must for myself and many of my friends.

I think management... (Verified Renter) I think management already is aware that the parking situation is not ideal and that Retriever Towing is a nightmare to deal with. We have been paying for an extra parking spot shortly since we've moved in and recently had it towed. I've personally have tried to contact the manager at the towing company to get pictures of why it was towed and to file complaints for the rude customer service and it seemed oddly convenient that the manager only replied to our Sofi management and not to t... read more
