Contrary to past... (Verified Renter) Contrary to past management, the current management has exhibited a personal interest in the community by attending to weather related problems, upkeep of roofs, frequent trash collection and community activities.
The attitude of... (Verified Renter) The attitude of all personnel has thankfully changed to being customer oriented. The maintenance staff has always been customer oriented generally; the office staff attitude has adjusted as well.
NO GUEST PARKING... (Verified Renter) NO GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE MOST OF THE TIME and high rent (tho high rent may be typical in this area).
Still the model... (Verified Renter) Still the model (quality of) I was shown was nowhere near the quality of my apt upon move in ( after they took my money ) cost and hassle of moving is why I’m still here and over asking things to be made right
The only negative... (Verified Renter) The only negative is the lack of sufficient parking for visitors. This is not unique to Sofi however. I think most complexes put in as high a density of apartments as they can. The positives are the staff, very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked that on one of those boiling hot days they brought ice pops to the kids at the pool.
Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at Worst apartment I have ever lived at. The lease contained a lot of provisions such as a cleaning fee, separate pet rent, non-refundable pet deposit, etc. that are illegal in Oregon. They will charge you for every fee they can and they will keep your security deposit even if your unit is left spotless. The parking is a nightmare and the walls are thin. The grounds were... (Verified Renter) The grounds were beautiful, and the attached garage was amazing to have, and the units had lots of space and seemed high quality. However, parking would be a set back
Monthly rate with... (Verified Renter) Monthly rate with the first lease can be lower to get you in. Then, it can go up dramatically on the renewal.
I really enjoy... (Verified Renter) I really enjoy it here. The schools around here are excellent, and the location is central to everything we need.
