I still live... (Verified Renter) I still live in the property. I moved into a 2 bedroom because it had more space and really like he current apartment. I do wish that the gym had a sauna and showers as most luxury apartment complexes do.

Other than little maintenance things here and there (which are normal), we?ve had such a positive living experience for the whole year we?ve been here. For the most part, our neighbors are respectful. We have noticed recently though, that someone is hanging out in our pathway that leads directly to our patio, and have been leaving drug paraphernalia and cigarette butts. But it looks like they frequent this spot often...
There are some... (Verified Renter) There are some things that were built poorly or with low quality workmanship for the price of rent. Also we thought water/trash/sewage was covered in the rent and it is not. It's another charge on top of rent.
