Do not recommend Seems great at first but their bills are atrocious..plan on sofi charging an extra $100.00+ on monthly for sewer water and trash..I’m super conscious about toilet flushing and water usage so pretty crazy!..I’ve never once paid that in all the apartments I’ve lived in. I have the most obnoxious neighbors that constantly blast music so all I hear day and night is their bass then if windows are open I hear their music. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it for the natural surroundings and spacious floorplans. I would not recommend it because of scarcity of a second parking space if that is needed. But if you only have one car then it is great.
