Our Maintenance Team... (Verified Renter) Our Maintenance Team is great I have to say they respond in a timely manner and they are all very knowledgeable and always do a great job.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because of the park like setting and Christin's office staff - it is a very well run commnunity - only wish we could use the amenities (Pool and Hot Tub) ... only reason to not recommend is 1. Seems like the walls are poorly insulated for sound from neighbors and the parking is pretty much impossible to have guests
The apartment itself... (Verified Renter) The apartment itself is very comfortable with nice countertops and I love the kitchen sink! The grounds are GORGEOUS. The amenities are beautiful and well maintained. Looking forward to swimming next summer! The office & maintenance staff is consistently helpful and kind. I can tell they work very hard to maintain the community. I appreciated the work they did around parking -- I'm sure it wasn't easy to manage the limited guest parking spots but they did a great job.
