Pretty Grounds, Dated Units The grounds are beautiful, and my building was fairly quiet. That being said, my unit overlooked Scholls Ferry, which turned out to be a mistake as the street is like a racetrack most of the day and night. Units are dated, with ancient heating systems and no AC. The balcony was clean when I moved in but was never cleaned again in the time I lived there (no way to do it myself). We have had... (Verified Renter) We have had horribly maintenance interactions at a previous apartment complex. When we would put a request in, even for very simple tasks, it was never even acknowledged until 2-3 weeks after the request was put it. So this has been a huge change, and we are so thankful.
