Often during the summer local teenagers sometimes in groups, climb over the fence after hours stay late into the early morning swimming, laughing, having sex, drinking, talk very loud, I have to call security often. I am happy... (Verified Renter) I am happy with my service visit. My only feedback would be litter around the community. There is a large number of garbage by the recycle bay near building 25. there are maybe 8 bags of garbage, many chairs, bookshelf and a commode. This is embarrassing when I have company as they have to walk by this area. I would like staff to check the area daily and clean it up.

I've lived here... (Verified Renter) I've lived here for more than 13 yrs and like my apartment and the community. There have been at least 4 management changes and maint has always needed more personnel, but the problem is not enough to cause me to move.

The apartment and... (Verified Renter) The apartment and service is great, however, the parking is an incredible pain. Anytime after about 5pm everyday the chances of finding a parking spot is exceptionally low. This means we have to park our car in another neighborhood, or friends house, then get a ride back to the apartment. We have requested a parking spot almost two months ago and have not heard back. I still would... (Verified Renter) I still would just find it silly that a tray can not be put in. But I'll pick my battles. I love it here and I'm so VERY HAPPY!
Would NOT reccomend this Complex Rent is due on the 1st. Unlike most other apartments which have a grace period to pay by the 5th of the month, the grace period here is only until the 4th... And then they charge you a $100 late fee if you pay one day later, even if a holiday is during this time! $100 is an outrageous amount! It's so high that it may actually be against Oregon Landlord / Tenant Laws stating a "reasonable" fee. The rent here is outrageous as well. Guest parking is a nightmare.
