This apartment community... (Verified Renter) This apartment community exceeded me and my spouses expectations! We are in love with the amenities, the unit?s features, an the LOCATION. We would especially recommend this community because you get all of these and more for such an amazing price.
It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a great location and allows pets. The price is a little high for the space, but understand that pets are only allowed in certain areas.
It took 3... (Verified Renter) It took 3 submissions for this service request to finally be resolved (with the first marked as resolved and the second as cancelled). To me that is unacceptable. Glad it is resolved now though and I appreciate the effort.

Would recommend because... (Verified Renter) Would recommend because of good location, newer interiors of units. Would not recommend because sq ft / rent ratio. Also, kitchens are insanely small and the cabinets don't fit half of my cookware in them because they are so narrow. For people who spend a lot of time in the kitchen like me, it's really not fun.

I feel DTLB... (Verified Renter) I feel DTLB overall has reached a tipping point in rent cost versus value. Moving east of Atlantic presents a much more valuable prospect now.
The building is... (Verified Renter) The building is beautiful and well maintained, and the sales team is professional and friendly. I could not be more pleased with choosing to move to Sofi. It is my California Dream come true!
The property managers... (Verified Renter) The property managers are very knowledgeable . If you do have a situation they will be there for you,.. and they are always prompt. The staff here should be working at the top notch Apts . They are so nice ,respectful, and understanding. Thank you.

No reasons now... (Verified Renter) No reasons now - seriously my only complaint is how small the kitchen cabinets are - other than that I enjoy it at Sofi very much.
