I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this place for its great location and the helpful staff - Joe and Gary did an awesome job in helping me move in in a really short time. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Maintenance request was... (Verified Renter) Maintenance request was an easy conversation and it was taken care of completely within a few days. It occurred while I was out of the apartment but I was left a note detailing what was done and everything was as I left it other than the necessary changes.
Washer & dryer... (Verified Renter) Washer & dryer units. The shared laundry machines are old, always breaking down . I’ve spent money on a dryer that turns on but was never cycling. The paycard machine was down one night that required me to buy another $10 card and scramble for exact change . I had to lay out a large load all over the house to dry. At times all units are full and I have to find another day to fit in laundry.
It's a little... (Verified Renter) It's a little noisy and outside is a little dirty
The only problem... (Verified Renter) The only problem we have is the hallway carpet cleanliness. There are many dogs in the community who soil the rugs on a daily basis. There should be very frequent cleaning in halls. The Lobby is cleaned frequently. Halls could be on same schedule. When we asked to have halls cleaned, they were. Makes all the difference!

Most people i... (Verified Renter) Most people i know would like to have the washer and dryer in the appartment. pluse The size of the dogs and breads that i seen was a concern. Doberman pincher and large German Shepherd
Whilst the management... (Verified Renter) Whilst the management change was incredibly impressive. The noise in the apartments is unbearable. You shouldn’t be able to hear people above you snoring :(
