(Verified Renter) I give it a 7 only because when we moved in 2 years ago we were told the washers and dryers were being replaced which we felt was a way for them to persuade us to choose this apartment as our home. They don't wash well & they're even worse , breaking down. I've had issues with the water staying Hott or warm Over the last couple of years, In our bathroom sinks & baths, so we had to take cold showers a few times. Now we are lucky enough to made the switch to WASH laundry and so far have been so much better with little to no maintenance issues. It is recommended... (Verified Renter) It is recommended because it is close to eateries, gyms, public transport, downtown, etc. So, nice place to live. Has fitness center, business center, and roof top deck. what more to ask for?

Joey is very... (Verified Renter) Joey is very approachable and answered all of my questions. The way he greeted neighbors throughout the tour made me appreciate his work and the work of the entire staff. I left the tour wanting Sofi to be my home.

The laundry room... (Verified Renter) The laundry room is unsatisfactory and is in an unacceptable condition. There have been way too many broken machines for way too long.
The building is... (Verified Renter) The building is showing signs of age, amenities such as the bbq grills often do not work. The printers and washer/dryers don't work- the pool and spa are well kept -
