Nice people live... (Verified Renter) Nice people live in and work in building nice amenities large living space love that roof and clubhouse heated pool and pelotons!!

There were definite... (Verified Renter) There were definite issues with the apartment itself when I moved in, all of which I listed on the inspection form and a few of which I had been told would be fixed before I moved in, but everything outside the actual apartment has been great, and the staff has been wonderful.

The leasing agent... (Verified Renter) The leasing agent (Jason) was super friendly, and honestly I loved the apartment and complex. However, I just don't think it's worth the price to still have community laundry facilities. I ended up finding a cheaper apartment with an in-unit washer instead.

Great location, people... (Verified Renter) Great location, people that work here is great, apartments are ok...neighborhood sometimes could not be so quiet but in the balance is good.

The service elevator... (Verified Renter) The service elevator has been broken down about 2 months of the 8 months I?ve lived here and it?s super inconvenient as I park my car closest to the service elevator.

I tell friends... (Verified Renter) I tell friends and family how much I love living here all the time. The first question people usually ask is "How much is rent?" When I tell them the cost, they usually Gasp. For me it's worth it, even tho it is on the expensive end of the spectrum compared to similar units in the area.
