When I tell them the cost, they usually Gasp. For me it's worth it, even tho it is on the expensive end of the spectrum compared to similar units in the area.

Great residence but... (Verified Renter) Great residence but communication seems to be extremely slow, non-existance. I am still waiting on a response on a few issues that I ended up solving by finding a leasing staff member. Whilst the issues a solved it would be nice to have these issues closed by email too. That said, this wouldn't impede on me recommending the apartment :)
