I had two really good sessions here. Ian has taught me more in two hours than I learned in the last year. I highly recommend giving this friendly gym a try.
Amazing gym, the coaching is 10/10, equipment is excellent as well. Finally, the people are really friendly, overall, excellent gym to learn Muay Thai, to get fit, and to compete, very versatile. Lucky to have such a place in Falmouth!
I came here to train while on holiday and it's about the most friendly, welcoming gym I've been in. Ian went into tonnes of detail on technique and kept the vibe light hearted from the start. All the trainers were super supportive when giving great feedback all through the class. A brilliant class for folk at all levels.
Started as a beginner and had never trained before so was naturally quite nervous. The trainers made me feel super comfortable and are incredibly friendly, lovely people so would 100% recommend to anybody thinking of trying it out.
