I was nervous to do such a drastic change but Ruby was fab about it, hyping me up. She managed to get my dark brown hair completely silver in one sitting which is way more than I thought we’d be able to achieve in one appointment. The whole experience was lovely, even the young lady who washed my hair. Ruby made me understand that I might not get the results I wanted after one appointment as lightening hair is long process, but she was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. I love the atmosphere here too

Katie is AMAZING! The overall atmosphere in this hairdressers is great too which makes a difference to the experience. Can’t thank Katie enough for giving me the perfect colour and cut and even helping me a couple days later with thinning out my Hair!

My hairdresser of 30 years retired and I was very nervous about my first appointment. However I didn't need to worry, the welcome from Terri was excellent and I was put at ease straight away. Izzie was my stylist and she spent time listening to what I wanted and talked me through the process, all the time making me feel very relaxed. The end result is amazing, I am so pleased with my cut and the whole experience at SO. Look forward to seeing you again in 6 weeks. Thank you.
