I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent experience. I had to miss my appointment due to a virus outbreak in my daughter’s nursery which led to them shutting down and leaving myself at risk of exposure to the virus and no childcare support for me attend the appointment . Worst service ever. I booked my ombré brows with Sheun who was in maternity but after a while she decided to get some appointments so she booked me in. I explained about my fobia of someone touching my brows then we just started the job. Once finished she reassured me saying she will see me again after 2/3 weeks for check up and retouching. Since then never saw her again. Kept chaising her for my second appointment but nothing. She just kept trying to get me to do them with someone else.
