I purchased a couch from Snug earlier this year, and had some hiccups which were out of Snug's control with the cushion density and then cushion covers. Clare from Snug has ensured resolution of these issues and has been in contact regularly the whole time to follow up and provide updates. Really excellent customer service, to make sure that all has ended up positively. And now I have a comfy couch :)

I had a fantastic experience with Snug Interiors when I ordered a Sits sofa. The team, especially Clare and Meg, were incredibly responsive and provided all the details I needed, including material samples and delivery tips. They were not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and professional throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth, making it one of the best customer service encounters I've had. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

We ordered the hypnos divan online. There were a few bumps on the road - not Snug Interiors fault but Hypnos delivery sub-contractors. However, the team at Snug Interiors were really fantastic at getting it all sorted. Great communication. We would highly recommend them and would shop here again. Thank you.
