Went for the first time today asked for a gel infill they took all the length off my nails and then said they needed to remove them, the woman doing my nails kept getting up and going to answer the phone or take payment from other people and then she went and did someone else’s nails half way through mine. 1 star is is too generous!!! Asked for a colour on the color chart, got something completely different! When I complained that it was not the same colour, the lady started to give me agro! I told her to carry on as at this point I was quite embarrassed as another employee started shouting over to me across other clients. She told me I had to choose a colour, which in the start I chose a different color but this was whilst she was still prepping my nails. Never will I go there again went with my mum to get our nails done and she made my mums fingers bleed under the nails and charged us a ridiculous price
