My daughter who is quite vurnable, got an appointment for a consultation to get her hair coloured an extensions for her wedding in July, and the attudide from the hairdresser was diabolical, 1st she said to her wit want them fir, for wan day, gulp jessso, then she asked her to look on line for her own extensions cause there's was too dear, although she was thinking trying to save her money but ffs try and approach your customers with respect at the end of the day it's their money not yours.
