The prices are pretty much the same as the general rental market. The facilities are old-school and poorly maintained. A single repair job can take up to six months, often with additional delays blamed on staff shortages—yet the rent continues to increase. The walls are extremely thin, so you’ll hear everything from next door, upstairs, or downstairs. The washing machine might even wake you up in the middle of the night because people don’t follow the rules, and the housing team doesn’t seem to care
I have been enjoying SNG Keyworker accomodation for some months which has been an outstanding experience so far. The accommodation itself had lovely new furniture & carpets when I moved in. I am delighted to say that the Keyworker Accomodation Team who are situated very nearby have been fabulous. A big shout out to the Whole Team, Caroline, Anita, Sadé and all the housekeeping team, Twiggy & Co... Apologies if I've missed anyone but the whole Team have been extremely helpful responsive... Reached out to Anita on a very late notice and explained my situation. Did my viewing and checked in 3 days later. The overall onboarding was very efficient and I was very impressed with the whole process (no time wasted).
