Terrible experience second time I have had my truck there at the shop and I brought it there the second time in better shape then when I got it back definitely not pleased with the work they do. My dash keeps saying driver's side door open and the can lights keep coming on and draining my battery. I also noticed when I went to pick up my truck there was no brakes and they said it was okay to drive home, they didn't fix the brakes for me considering their mechanic ruined them by slamming on my brakes hard, definitely not wort... read more
Easy to deal with a way better experience with these guys than other dealerships in town.
Took my truck in to get new wheels and tires put on along with an alignment, claimed they couldn’t do the alignment cause of wore out parts, but had new parts put in prior. Also noticed they cracked one of my brand new wheels and lost some of my lug nuts. I recommend taking business elsewhere!

Drew was super easy to work with! No pressure or sales pitch, he was truly genuine. Jason in the service department also a joy to work with, really went out of his way to find a solution to my vehicle issues. I love my Buick Encore and will be happy to have them continue to service my vehicle. Will definitely purchase from Snell again.
