RecommendedI've been buying cars at Snell Motors for more than twenty years. And I've been using their service department for just as long... This week the battery went dead (after 6+ years). I was ringing the Salvation Army Bell at HyVee and asked Snell if they could pick up my car and replace the battery. Within five minutes they got my keys and car and did their thing. NEVER buy Any vehicles from Snell. BOTH my purchases were lemons and needed updates a few months after. Thousands spent after 10s of 1000s paid! What a rip-off. They will sell you anything to TAKE your money!!!!!

Snell is a joke , we had looked a vehicle last week , got approved for a partial loan, with 2,000 down on a 4,000 dollar vehicle, plus 500 for my car , we stopped in wanting to put money on it , i had one question, how much for payment each month, Matt the sales guy said don't know off top of my head , then he says oh and its sold , but its still sitting in the parking lot 😀 👍 ok if its sold why in the hell is it still here, and why lie, i will take my business elsewhere, very unprofessional, very untrustworthy

I am sorry for your experience. Until we get a down payment or a deposit on a vehicle, the vehicle is available for sale to other customers. Sold cars often sell and sit in our back lot until they are picked up. I assure you, no one was lying to you, this vehicle has been sold.
Had to find somewhere to take my vehicle in for a leak in the rear window. Took it in and had it back and ready the same day! Absolutely everyone was amazing! From the lady on the phone to the shuttle driver. Greg from the service dept was welcoming, polite, and very informative as to what had to be done and what they did to my vehicle. I had zero questions! Plus they washed it! I will certainly be coming back to them for my services! Thanks again!😁

My car broke down during the COVID-19 outbreak. I called the service center and they were at my house in under an hour to pick up my vehicle for me so we could continue to social distance... now that's amazing customer service. They also sent me two text messages after the initial call making sure I knew they were on the way. 10/10 would recommend.
