I pay the monthly car wash and today I decided to pay the extra 20 to get the inside cleaned. It smells good but they missed a lot vacuuming. The towels left an irritating amount of lint over everything. And my seats weren't touched with a vacuum, I could tell because my seat covers were rolled up just as they were when I got out. Pretty disappointed to be a dedicated customer paying an extra 20 for this and that is what I get.
I got into an accident that left me without a car, and since I'm not 21 I couldn't rent one to get back to the cities from Mankato; however, Josh and Connor helped me out and gave me a ride! They really went above and beyond, and it was so very much appreciated. I don't know what I would've done without their help, very good people.
I had a great buying experience. Anishia was my sales lady and was upfront about it all! Awesome! Also took care of all of my worries and was very patient when I was looking at cars, I am a very indecisive person. Awesome, love my terrain!
Worked with Grant S and Dustin B, told them I didn't want to spend all day getting a deal done. Fast, friendly service it was awesome.
Always takes so long-maybe they over book the service department. Communication is sketchy and I have to re-tell to someone new two or three times. Today felt like a nuisance instead of a customer. Maybe because my car is used? Service department needs some sales training so they know how to interact with people. Walked away upset.
