Excellent service, no questions asked other answered
Taking care of the customer: My daughter recently made an appointment with service to get a recall taken care of. She drove down from the cities the day of the appointment, and the appointment was lost and the parts were not ordered. This is not why I am giving Snell 4 stars. Everyone makes mistakes, but I need to know how they take care of the customer. My daughter was compensated generously for her trips down to Snell. I called at 1pm for a 3: 30pm oil change Saturday. I proceeded to wait 75 mins, then checked on my vehicle. I was told it went back at 4:15pm and would be done in 3 minutes. My oil change was finally done at 5pm... It was my first and last time there.
Terrible experience when buying a brand new vehicle, several trips back to have them clean it. It looked used. Then they get you on the hook to have them change oil and rotate tires so you get there free tires for life promo, which I doubt we will even get free tires...... so when you go down there with an appointment for a oil change and tire rotate, it takes like an hour and a half! What the heck takes so long.
