Drove over 4 hrs to trade for a spyder for daughter. Salesman then said trade in amount was 1000 under book, had originally said a way better price. Walked out after 3+ hrs.

Spent the whole afternoon Saturday truck shopping at Snell narrowed it down to a used $54,000 truck on the lot. The salesman was unable to verify financing until Monday AM we had agreed that if the financing estimate was correct I would buy it. Called at 830am Monday didn't hear back until 4pm when I find out the salesman didnt pull the truck off the lot and someone had come and bought it out from under me! Not the way to run a business!
