Great service all around. Very friendly staff, gave me a loaner while my car was getting fixed. They event detailed my car before I picked it up !
Very disappointed in my experience. I went online to schedule a 24hr test drive, called insurance and everything was set to go. When I get there they told me they dont do all day test drives. I was strongly considering trading in my new car for the one I was suppose to drive. Very dissapointing and I will not go there again. They advertise the 24hr drives but they also pick and choose who they deem worthy. Ill just buy a CT6 elsewhere.
My son and husband had a great experience yesterday at Snell Motors!! They went kinda knowing which vehicle they were interested in and they worked with Brian Holmen . My husband was SO impressed with his customer service and great attitude that their comments to me were , we would definitely want to work with him again!! Great guy, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable!! And my son couldn't be happier with his new vehicle!! Thank you Snell Motors and thanks Brian!! Great job!!

I got my vehicle in promptly for service and repair. I appreciated the 14% discount anniversary deal in August. Plus when I picked it up after it was done a technician drove it inside for me because it was raining outside so I wouldn't get wet. How curtious! Thank you!
