If theresa zero I would give them one. I will wait for their response to my 6 emails amd see if this may catch their attention, especially Mark Graham, supposedly the Owner of SK. They never deliver on what we needed. If you're looking for an automation platform, there are many other ones woth much better content and styles. I used to work in web development so I'm a tough critic but the SK Web Team spun up our site super fast and perfectly meeting our vision. The process was super easy and incredibly cost effective. The SK email platform is easy to use and our Account Manager Shanelle is the best! I'm happy to have good data on our campaigns moving forward and the ability to capture leads on our site.
