Very welcoming, kind, helpful staff. Clean, spacious and all the right equipment. Been going here since Dec 24. Been around a few gyms. But this one I've stuck too.

Avoid this gym – they may charge you without your consent, even after you stop going. I used snap fitness ebssfleet for a few months and then stopped going. I left the UK permanently and assumed everything was over. Months later, I discovered they reactivated my membership without my permission and charged my card, without any notice, email, or warning. It is a decent gym, hygiene is generally good throughout the gym e.g equipment and toilets, anti-bac wipes are placed in multiple different areas, parking is usually available, it might get sparse during peak times, you can stay up to 4 hours if you register your vehicle inside. Would like to see some new or at least updated machines, most recent introductions are a back extension/Ab workout machine and some other sort of machine for the hamstrings which I don't really see people use much.
