Gyms decent when the place is empty. You go at any point between 3-7pm the place is absolutely rammed. So much to the point where I’ve waited up to 45 minutes for clueless people to do their entire session on the cables. The gym is far too overcrowded for its size and makes training between these hours virtually impossible. I do really enjoy coming here because it’s local and offers a good price within a walking distance. What I don't enjoy is waiting 50 minutes for the one and only step master in the gym. Terrible place joined for a pound you get no information on payments ie direct debit which they took next day before I'd even been gym cancelled by email said you need to return card sent my son in they said just email but you would think your details are on the card and system so they sent him bk with it home and said just email which was done before the card return keep trying to take payment as cooling off periods finished now just been told different things just be cautious the gym might be good I've never used it the cu... read more

Today I lost control about my phone location. Not just my phone. There were my bank details., my bank cards and my driving licence. So everything there is absolutely important. My reaction immediately was nervous. The staff found my phone in 5 minutes. Wowww! But then they sended me the worst email. I have been sacked because of my reaction.
