Great facilities, always kept nice and clean by the friendly staff. A warm welcoming from staff, followed by a welcoming atmosphere for all types of people. Lots of choices of machines, great sauna, lovely side rooms and well kept equipment. Thank you!

Excellent gym run by top staff, relaxed environment, super clean equipment, members have access to cleaning spray and paper towels, own individual changing rooms /showers, spinning studio, , highly rate this gym as a modern clean gym with approachable experienced staff, definitely a place to progress in your own goals.

For a first time gym goer in years, the staff made me feel very welcome, relaxed, and comfortable. The gym is spotlessly clean, good choice of equipment, and great value for money. Would definitely recommend

Great gym, great equipment, great staff. Everyone is so friendly and help, if needed, is always nearby. The 24hr access means anytime is convenient. The place is clean and tidy whatever time. Would definitely recommend for anybody at any level of fitness.
