I had a terrible experience with my lashes when i came here. I paid for removal and hybrid lashes. However I left looking like i had nothing on my lashes because when the technician stopped she went ‘right I have to stop here because you have so many lashes that if i continue i’ll be here all day’. So essentially she couldn’t give me a full set which i had paid for because she was not good enough to get it all done in time. I appreciate that I have lots of natural lashes but that’s not an excuse to give me half a treatment. ... read more

I enjoyed an amazing facial with Shar today. I booked the "intense cleanse facial" which was the full works...Shar was so knowledgeable and explained each of the more "technical bits" to me and answered all my questions.... I then drifted off in between facial, shoulder and head massage, very relaxing! The room was peaceful and cosy with a heated blanket, candles and calming music. I felt very relaxed in Shars wonderful hands. My skin was GLOWING after and felt sooo smooth! I will defo be returning to Snap beauty for another... read more
