We come here often. Husband loves the brisket! Wait staff has always been personable, helpful and fun. They seem to enjoy their jobs. Tonight though, the young lady "Greeter" (she has truly cool blue hair) she's anything but these happy or fun. She's obviously not happy, at least tonight. Maybe she shouldn't be a greeter. When we came in she said "Hey. Name." That's it. No smile, nothing.
Service was slow with restaurant practically empty. Smoked Wings were just okay not something I would order again.
Great food, poor customer service. The greeter rushed is to our table then when I turned around to say thank you (to be polite) he was gone. Had to call server over to order. Coming from a customer service job I know what it's like. If you need any tips on customer service I'm here for you.

The food wasn’t as great this time because the broccoli � was raw with my cream potatoes and my husband wings were so tough that he couldn’t eat them, as if they had been cooked awhile and reheated up! I’m so disappointed, maybe y’all had new cooks or something. I also observed that two of the waitresses were throwing a dishcloth at each other!
Food was good, wait staff kept forgetting things, had to keep asking for drink and half of food was missing.
This is my 5th time here, I love the ribs but today I waited for 30 minutes to get attended (In a empty rest.) and 1 hour for the food. No refills on my soda I was almost choking and No napkins.
