Manager said our party of 8 adults and 1 child couldn’t be seated because our server hadn’t shown up for her shift yet. Ok. Life happens, and she didn’t show up. That means 4 generations in a family (1 senior on oxygen tanks) cant get a table and sit down for food? That manager sucks!! He should have waited on us. Was going to macaroni grill which has awesome food btw but this was right next store so thought we would try it . Lady came over and I told her we want to get the Mac and cheese for our kid . We didn’t want the regular one because it had jalapeño in it so she brought us the meal because that one didn’t have any in it . It comes to the table and it has jalapeños in it . Uber Eats orders are consistently wrong. You have to call and confirm they actually read the message. Hopefully you’re not on hold for 10-15 while the employees chit chat in the background. Tonight my order was incorrect again and the manager Brian decided to try and blame it on the Uber Eats driver instead of accepting responsibility. He claims that it’s the drivers responsibility instead of the staffs to ensure the accuracy of the order.
