Me, my mother, and my son just left this location - we came in at 1:05pm, sat down at around 1:10, ordered shortly after, and by 2:05 STILL didn’t have our food. It was lunch and there were barely any people in the restaurant. When we got up to leave our food *magically* appeared and was ready. Dear Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill - Virginia Beach, VA, Today, my family and I experienced the worst service EVER!! I’ll admit it, my server Sasha started off great. We had a great booth that accommodated our family and things were good. We ordered our norm, Buffalo chicken wings with ranch and blue cheese. Me and a group of friends came here for dinner and this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. To start, the roof by where we sat was leaking. I went into the restroom and almost slipped on the damp floor without a sign. Out of the 4 orders we had, 2 of them were correct. The burger was ordered medium rare and came out well done, the soup was cold and to fix the problem they just put it in the microwave. Very friendly staff, always have a good time
It was very nice and clean. Beautiful atmosphere and the food was awesome. We were there around 1:00 yesterday and our waitress was amazing. I haven’t experienced customer service like what she provided in years. The cook and the waitress is the main reason that I’ll be returning soon.
I’m Taji & I work for one of the best companies around Smokey bones makes me feel at home
The service was terrible. Watched 4 servers standing around talking. They charged me for a 10 oz but I got a 6 oz, over cooked! No corn bread or rolls served.
