The staff is amazing!
Food was exceptional as was the service!!
The service was horrible. The waiter never cleared our table, several people had to ask for refills as well as 3 different dinners had to be sent back because they was made wrong.
The best pulled pork ever!!
I think they need to make sure there is toilet paper in the ladies room and the men’s room.. there wasn’t any in either. I told the man at the carry out counter and he responded with a “yep”.. 45 minutes later, as we were leaving we saw our waitress entering the bathroom with a bag of toilet paper rolls... the place was far from busy. totally unacceptable

Just walked in at 850...asked for a table for 4....sry it's a 30 minute wait....why is there10 tables no one is sitting at and clean....bad for your business

Doesn’t matter what the customer wants at this Smokey Bones “No Substitutions” per the manager. Will never go there again
