I ordered the pulled pork salad with vinaigrette dressing and received a salad drenched in cesar dressing. I sent it back and requested again for the correct dressing and I received an ice cold salad, chicken and all, ICE!! I've had chicken before cold in wraps and salads but this was absolutely ridiculous. All past experiences I've had at Smokey Bones have been pleasant but tonight was unacceptable.
The male manager that worked tonight 11 Mar has no business being a manager. First off when 50% of the orders at a 4 person order that come out WRONG, the answer should not be that you are killing it back there tonight and this is the first wrong order all night (Bu*^ S}**). When you order something without mayo and it comes out with mayo, you send it back and they fix it, well that is what you would think. NOPE, came back out with mayo. That burger went back 3 times. 1st trip ever to Charleston, and 1st trip here to eat...and hope want be my last. Very..Very good!!! The original glaze baby back ribs, smoked wings,and the bourbon glazed chicken are off the hook!!! Hopefully we will be back!!!
Both food quality and service was horrible!!! That's why Restaurant was dead at dinner hour. This place is fail. Nothing is good here. Waste money to eat here. But it will be last time!!
Stop in anytime and get something to eat also some good ole southern tea... Their ribs are great!!!!
Very good food! The Mac and cheese is awesome! I think it is a bit high priced, but worth the treat occasionally.
The ribs are the best ribs hands down I live 80 miles away from this place people say I'm crazy for driving all the way there for the ribs
