It was very good. When I come back to Charleston I will dine there again
If there was a zero star option that would be my choice. My $12 salad looked like it had a can of chicken dumped on top of it that was missing corn and pecans, our baked potato was burnt and hard as a rock, my potato cheddar soup was nothing but straight water and celery. My 8 year old daughter said her school lunch baked beans tasted better than Smokey Bones. Highly disappointed in the food received and will not be returning. Our order was to-go not dine in.
Called ahead to place a TO Go order. Lady said, "Wait a second." Five and one half minutes later (a cell phone lets you know how long you are on HOLD) she came back with an attitude to my wife who was now holding the phone. Got there and must have gotten the same server. I got my two pounds of pull pork TO GO. No offer of napkins, no offer of BBQ sauce, just a rotten attitude. BUT, the manager said she knew who took my order and thanked me for the comments. PS THE BBQ was excellent as always.
Wonderful service. We had 13 people and our waitress Brandie was great. She was Attentive and courteous. We are from Missouri and will go back again next time thru.
Food was good.. service on the other hand sucked. First the hostess told us(3) it was a wait of 10 minutes(when I saw clean open tables), she then proceeded to walk outside to smoke a cigarette then walked back in to seat us. Then our waitress forgot to give us silverware!!! Once we got her attention by not eating we asked for steak sauce and never brought it!!! Had to get another waitress to get it for us!!

Planned My Brother's One Year Sobriety Celebration there and it really touch me how special everyone made us feel. It was a perfect choice for us. Our Waitress Kate did an amazing job and would like to personally Thank Her!! The food and service was amazing.
