There's afirst for everything. I did take out instead. I guess giving me the food for free because order was incorrect multiple times for what apparent reason because the inside was empty and it was after 10 pm last night. Employees were rushing out the door to leave ingoring customers at the front entrance. No reason for my food to be cold, incorrect, and not ready. The food was ok, but we waited over AN HOUR & A HALF for our food and it was unacceptable. It was our first night in town and the whole family was upset. They need to get it together! The manager apologized, but it just wasnt enough.
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. 1.5 hours to get food. Orders mixed up. Ribs were good, everything else sucked.

Great and good food, have been fortunate to have had great waiters that have gone above and beyond the usual service.
The food and atmosphere was awesome, service was a little slow. I had a great time and I'm planning on coming back really soon. Keep up the great work...Smokey Bones! 5 stars for the food but they need to do better with service.

Food was pretty good, gave you enough to have seconds later. Nice workers, a little but behind. Took forever for the appetizer to come. Then the waitress brought it with no silverware. Took 5 mins just to get that. Bought time I received my meal, 20 mins later I was full off the appetizer. I give it 5 stars for the food..
