Great place friendly environment first time I ever been there but it want be the last.....
Food was great and service was exceptional David took fantastic care of us.
Horrible service and food.....waited 20 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was empty....then waited an hour for our food and then the orders were wrong
We recently attended Smokey Bones . First time there. But I'm not happy with our food that we didn't even get to eat. After an hour wait. We didn't recieve our food. We received the appetizer. The waitress (who I didn't even get her name), came to our table and said they're out of baked potatoes?! So we had to change our sides to mashed potatoes. Said that's fine. But we waited and waited with no reason on why. No manager came out to apologize about the wait and why it was taking so long. We had to get up and ask for a manag... read more

Service was awful!!Waited for over half a hour just to be seated when they weren't busy at all!Asked to speak to a manger and they said we couldn't!Do not go to this place!
