When we arrived the staff got all bent because we had a party of 8 I should have said let's go somewhere else. It was bad from the start. One of my family members had to get her daughter a refill of lemonade from the bar. While standing there one of the servers said i think i have your food do you want it? My 5 year old plate was so hot we asked for a cool plate and the pizza disappeared. I received half my meal and when the salad finally arrived it had no salad dressing. Food was excellent!! Awesome service, very friendly and very clean restaurant you gotta love that. I will definitely go back again.
My husband are I were regulars at this Smokey Bones. The past 5 or 6 visits the food had been terrible (used to be amazing) there place is dirty, the employees are running around, playing and hollering like children. Even heard one of the cooks talking to one of the servers and drop the "f" bomb twice in one sentence. Done!

I went to your N. Charleston, SC location last night. We were there for 3 hours literally. We called they said no wait. We walked in and didnt sit for over an hour. We had a party of 12 and ended up all sitting at separate tables. Then or food took more than hour to arrive. Our waitress was very nice. No manager came to talk to us or helped in anyway or anyone else for that matter. We arrived at 7 and left after 10pm. It was insane I couldnt be more disappointed with my experience.

Smokey Bones has the BEST smoked wings in the area ! That Memphis dry rub and sweet glaze taste so good on them ! The servers are so friendly !!!
Great food and a great atmosphere. The waitress was very attentive and personable. I would definitely come again. The food price and portion was just right for my budget and It was quick in and out for a lunch service. Thank you guys! Maddi was great ���
