I've been a regular at Smokey Bones for years, but last night was very disappointing. I understand there may be times when things get backed up, but to not acknowledge your customers is horrible. I sat at the bar for 20 mins before a waitress had to ask me if i was helped. Another 15 mins later, finally a bartender makes me a drink, hands me a menu, and says "i will be right back". 10 mins pass, nothing! Absolutely horrible experience. Waitress was very good. However the kitchen was horribly slow and extremely poor on portion size. I literally had 11 fries on my plate as a side. Along with my 4 bites of brisket.

My husband and I have been fairly "regulars" at the North Charleston Sc location for the past 11 years. We almost always sit in the bar area. This past Saturday we met someone there for lunch. I don't remember how it came up but he mentioned that if he was not meeting us there he would have turned around and walked out. I asked why and he said that when he came in there were a few unbussed tables. As I went to the ladies room I noticed it too.
